RealTracks Artist Bio: Sharlene Wallace

Sharlene Wallace is one of Canada's most influential harpists. Her playing has led Sharlene into diverse musical influences and opportunities. She has also won two international Competitions: Lyon & Healy in Tucson, Arizona and the International Improvisational Celtic Harp Concert Contest in Dinan, France. In the studio, she has recorded 7 albums and has also collaborated on other various projects. These albums are inspired by her explorations in a variety of musical styles, such as South American, Celtic, Classical, and contemporary music, as well as her close connection to the Canadian landscape.
